LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
Scaling Uhub: Global Enterprise Platform Transformation
Architected and scaled a centralized work management and DevOps SaaS ecosystem for WPP, standardizing delivery and operational compliance across 700+ agencies and 12,000+ active users.
Platform Delivery & Execution
At a scale of hundreds of agencies operating independently, standardizing technical execution is a complex challenge of governance, integration, and user adoption. I recognized that WPP’s operational fragmentation created significant hidden debt, impeding both cross-agency collaboration and global security compliance.
I led the architecture and deployment of Uhub, a global SaaS platform designed to consolidate work management and DevOps workflows. My mandate was not simply to deploy a tool, but to fundamentally shift how a global organization defines "work."
I oversaw the entire platform lifecycle: from the initial technical discovery and architecture of the core foundation to the integration of DevOps pipelines and the enforcement of global compliance standards. I replaced localized, bespoke systems with a unified framework, enabling real-time operational visibility and standardizing the engineering lifecycle for over 12,000 users. By instrumenting the platform with rigorous automated guardrails, I was able to accelerate delivery velocity while simultaneously tightening security governance across a decentralized multinational network.
Key Results
Global Scaling: Deployed and standardized platform operations across 700+ individual agency entities, scaling my own team from 7 to 15 while managing a $3M+ P&L.
User Centralization: Migrated and managed a continuous user base of 12,000+ employees, supporting 200,000+ client and employee requests annually through the unified platform.
Operational Compliance: Centralized and secured 1.8TB of code across 20,000+ repositories under consistent, automated governance that satisfied global security requirements across all agencies.
Lifecycle Standardization: Established a single source of truth for work management, replacing fragmented agency-specific tooling and delivering $3.5M in licensing and vendor cost savings through consolidation.
This experience was first and foremost an exercise in high-stakes change management. I use this background to provide OLS clients with the governance frameworks and executive oversight needed to guide their teams through difficult platform migrations and operational transitions.

OLS Service
Enterprise Platform Blueprint: This experience informs my approach to diagnosing complex technical environments. I replicate the Uhub discovery process to identify technical liabilities, map infrastructure dependencies, and remove systemic fragmentation for OLS clients.
Scale-Up Product Acceleration: I apply the same engineering-first product development methodologies used to build Uhub to help OLS clients instrument their CI/CD pipelines, remediate cognitive debt, and restore predictable delivery velocity.
Fractional Executive Advisory: My tenure leading Uhub was fundamentally an exercise in high-stakes change management. I use this background to provide OLS clients with the governance frameworks and executive oversight needed to guide teams through difficult platform migrations and operational transitions.
