For a full-service digital agency inside WPP (specializing in content, commerce, AR, experiential tech, and media), I led the end-to-end replacement of outdated project management practices reliant on Workbooks and fragmented communication.

I architected and implemented a tailored Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Tempo, Advanced Roadmaps) plus a custom companion application. This included workflow design, custom templates used across 40+ client projects, Confluence knowledge management, and a streamlined service desk.
